Meet Eric

This young man is only 4 years old. He is one of 7 children living with his mother and father. His family used to live in Rubavu, Rwanda. Unfortunately, their home was in the path of a volcano. Between the volcano and the earthquakes, their home and land was destroyed. They fled to Ruhuha. They have rented a small house. They have no land to grow food. The parents search daily for work so they can buy food. Most days they can eat one time. Some days there is nothing. Eric and his siblings cannot attend school because there is no money.
